If your product has any issue that need your confirmation, we will email you and once you reply us we will follow your request. If we haven't received your reply in 3 days, we will send another email and no reply in 3 days, we will cancel your order and refund you immediately. The refund will go through to the original account that you used to pay us.

Please provide a street address, not a PO Box. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes. If an order goes undelivered for this reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. If the order has to be canceled, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee and the total shipping charges from your refund.

Please allow a couple of weeks (or more) when the items are in transit. Items shipped internationally from China maybe subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cultiuana is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If you live near our warehouse and you can do the local pickup, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time and place to collect your item after making your purchase.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on our website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
