About The Return

When you buy a light fixture from Cultiuana, you are buying more than a grow light. You're buying the peace of mind that comes with knowing we stand behind our products, with our hassle-free replacement guarantee and lifetime technical support.

1. You can return the product for another one in the following case:

If your grow fixture becomes defective due to faulty materials or any quality issue within 5 years from the date of purchase, you can ask for a replacement . Just email us at support@cultiuana.com with defective product images or other more details.  We will let you know the shipping address for the return.

The returning shipping is on us and we will send the replacement to you for free. You don't have to pay anything. 

2. You can't return the product in the following cases:

  • You return the product directly to us without any return number. So please contact us to get a return number first before the return.
  • Your item is damaged by your failure to read complete written instructions and warnings. You can return it for a repair but you will be responsible for paying the shipping to get it there as well as the fee required to fix your product.

About The Refund

1.If you don't like the product, you can request a refund in 30 days after you receive the product. Just email us at support@cultiuana.com 

(Please return the product in the original package for a full refund.)

2. If the product you bought becomes faulty within its guarantee period, you can ask for a refund. Please contact us for a return number. 

* The refund will be made to the same account you used to pay us with.

* If it's a PayPal account, the refund will be initiated and seen in 24 hours.

* If the refund is being processed by a credit card or bank account, it will be back in your account in 2-3 days.

 

About The Replacement

If the item is faulty within the warranty, and you still want the product, we guarantee to replace your fixture at no cost to you(we will pay the return fee for you) or you can either ask for a full refund from us. 

 

We want you to be happy. 

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. the rare case that your fixture is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund. We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the fixtures were purchased. Just follow the returns process as below.

 

  1. For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Cultiuana and wish to return it for a full refund, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, All returns must be authorized by email first. Please contact us at support@cultiuana.com and write Cultiuana returns in the subject line of your email. We will acknowledge your notification via email. if the fixture is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order following the successful return processing of original condition merchandise.
  1. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@cultiuana.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
