How Big of an Area Does a 1000 Watt Grow Light Cover?

A 1000 watt grow light works best for covering a grow area between 4x4 feet up to 6x6 feet. If the grow space is smaller than 4x4 feet, the light will be too intense and bright. If the area is larger than 6x6 feet, the light won't reach the edges well enough.
